Review Hotel Bangkok: College Haus Near BTS Victory Monument and King Power Mall

Hello Hello I'm Back again! Now i want to share my experience in Bangkok, especially share about staycation. First of thing sorry if my english just so-so or not good like you bro. College Haus, this hotel or condominium is located at 438 17 Chawakun Alley, Thanon Phaya Thai, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400. This Hotel is located near to BTS Victory Monument, around 750 meters or 10 minutes by walk. When i was check out from this hotel, i met with the owner this building, and then i talked a liitle bit to know about his business. He said this building his first family business in hotel. And also this building actually was a school building, and the he renovated all of the class like the room with bathroom. College Haus have 2 type room, deluxe room and suite room.

 

The facilities from College Haus in my opinion was good for affordable price in strategist area. College Haus has Gym and Swimming Pool. The Room for Suite when i booked get the sofa bed, queen bed, refrigerator, microwave, balcony, some of plates, spoon and also kettle with 4 air minerals. For your information, the bathroom was huge for me and have a big mirror inside. And the what difference for Suite Room and Deluxe Room? The owner said to me the difference for both of them only in the sink. In Suite Room don't have sink but have a sofa bed, but for suite room have a sofa bed. For one night the price this building started from 500.000 rupiahs (around 1250 Baht) for deluxe type and if you stay with your friends you can share 250.000 rupiahs for each person. Is it cheap right? 

And the how about the area from College Haus? Beside of near BTS Victory Monument, this building near to 3 shopping mall. The 3 malls around this hotel have their respective target visitors, where there are high class, middle class and lower middle class. For high class you can go to King Power Mall, for the middle class can go to Center One Shopping Plaza, and last for lower middle class can go to Century The Movie Plaza. Beside have 3 malls in area hotel, you can get some of cafes and restaurant in here and also for 2 711 store too. So what are you waiting for for a staycation at this hotel, bro, when you are on vacation to Bangkok with your friends or family. Hopefully this information will be help you bro. See ya around!
